First, an assessment needs to be done to make the necessary recommendations. Then there are 6 easy steps for BCS to get started on your books.

You provide us with your bank statements, or BCS can even gather these for you. Many banks allow for accountant (read-only) access.

Once we have your statements, we enter the data & then reconcile
We ensure your books are balanced by matching the beginning & ending balances with the bank statement.

We may need to ask how to categorize certain transactions early on in our partnership on an as-needed basis. The longer we work with you, the better we’ll know your organization, and questions will be less.

You supply us with any extra information if needed. The more information, the faster we can learn what to look for in the statements & tackle the data entry. Answering our questions thoroughly and timely will streamline your monthly process.

We’ll send you all applicable reporting; this is your P&L and Balance Sheet.

Any services beyond the basic bookkeeping package are not included. However, additional services are available to add to your basic bookkeeping package. These add-ons include accrual basis accounting, class/project tracking, invoicing, bill payment, and payroll. Monthly strategy sessions are also available for additional fees.
