Yara is a driven individual who holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. She is a 3x int’l best-selling author, award-winning author & speaker, and a successful financial consultant & personal financial coach.
As a financial consultant, Yara has helped numerous nonprofits build strong foundations and structure effective financial management systems. With over 14 years of experience in nonprofit financial leadership, she understands the unique challenges these organizations face. Her perspective is shaped by her lived experiences and upbringing in Puerto Rico and the Bronx, NY. Yara is passionate about equipping nonprofit leaders with essential financial knowledge and guiding them in developing sustainable systems. Before establishing her company, she served as the Director of Finance & HR at a charter school in her community.
